This was my first visit with Dr. Norris, and I must say that he was very proficient, caring and attentive to my reasons for coming in. Once I told Dr. Norris why I was there, he immediately began to ask questions concerning my symptoms, what medications I take, and my past surgical history. He then explained what medications he was going to prescribe to help with my symptoms as well as what his plan of approach was to further investigate my condition. Dr. Norris provided excellent care and showed concern for my condition and he did what he felt was necessary (prescribe meds, order tests, explain home self care) to help me feel better and how I may possibly avoid future flare-ups. I will definitely continue receiving care from Dr. Norris and I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellen

It was an easy process. The check-in and prep personnel were very professional. The anesthesiologist calmed me right down and answered every question. Dr Norris was great and everything went smoothly and over in record time. They were a great team and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Norris is by far, the BEST, most caring, patient, attentive, and reassuring Gastro doctor that I've ever had. Awesome bedside manners. He took the time to ask questions and learn more about my issue before providing a diagnosis. He really put my mind at ease as the ongoing issue has caused me alot of anxiety.
