I’ve had a great experience with Skeletal Muscular Therapies. The deep tissue massage, cupping, and targeted stretching have made a huge difference in managing my pain. Jeffrey really understands the body and how to tailor each session to my actual needs for that day. He is professional and genuinely kind, patient, and caring. He takes the time to listen, check in, and make sure I leave feeling better than when I arrived. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for real relief and a thoughtful approach to bodywork.

I have been coming to Skeletal Muscular Therapies and working with Jeff for 2 years. He has helped me tremendously with my arthritis fibromyalgia and any other aches and pains I may have. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, caring and skilled at both clinical and relaxing massage techniques. I always leave there feeling 100 times better than when I came in. I highly recommend Jeff. Jeff is amazing! I was recently involved in a car accident and my left side of my body was bruised. I was suffering from severe headaches due to headaches and whiplash. Jeff knew exactly what area to treat. From adjusting, cupping and icing the areas where needed, Jeff is very informative as well as professional. Jeff is the best! He is so kind and graciously patient with me and my challenging conditions. He never makes you feel uncomfortable and it's so clear that he was made to do this! I was also in physical therapy and my insurance has denied it now and Jeff has kept me functioning where before I'd get to the point that I could not function. You won't be disappointed with him!
