I had a very disturbing and humiliating experience at Work Health Solutions while completing a new-hire drug screen and physical required by my employer. The urine collection technician did not initially observe my urine sample. After I provided the sample, she claimed my urine “wasn’t foaming enough” and that the color looked “off,” despite me informing her that I was actively on my menstrual cycle and bleeding. Because of this, she threatened me, stating that if I did not allow her to perform a strip search and directly watch me urinate, I would be marked as a refusal. She explicitly said this would be reported to my employer and would result in my job offer being rescinded and termination. Had a worker's comp issue that needed addressing and the staff was very helpful. Special thank you to Nichole Reynolds APRN. She was always helpful answering questions and getting my employers what they needed to get me new work equipment. Hopefully no more issues but if I do have any, I'll definitely come back. And recommend them to friends or family.

Went there for a work work injury on my knee. Got there about 1pm. Desk Staff got me a wheelchair within 5 minutes after arriving there. Took about 10 minutes to fill out paperwork. Waited till about 3pm when nurse came and got me; she OBVIOUSLY had NO IDEA how to get a patient in a wheelchair through the doors; instead of getting me through through the doors backwards or having someone else holding the door open, she pushed me through going forward and knocked my elevated leg into the doorframe & then again as she wheeled me into the treatment room. Seen doctor & he ordered an X-ray and drugtest. The same nurse got me out of the room and (knocking me again into the doorframe) and got me to the drug test. She then wheeled me to the x-ray room (again knocking me into the foorframe). After x

This is the best place to get a medical card in Tulsa, hands down. They are fast, super friendly, and very professional. They also have better prices than most providers. I have went here three times, and they are consistently higher in quality, every time you go. Thanks again for everything!
