I had the absolute best experience at Moore Eyecare! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and welcoming. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. This was my very first eye exam and my first time ever getting glasses, and I was honestly a little nervous. They made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. I never once felt rushed or unsure they truly took their time with me. I was also worried about bringing my daughter with me, but I had nothing to stress about. They were incredibly accommodating, had toys available for her, and even put on her favorite show to keep her happy. That alone meant so much to me as a mom. I was highly impressed! I’m 30 years old and never knew I had a freckle in my eye until going here! During the exam she talks you through what you’re doing and why. It’s all in the details and she did a meticulously wonderful job. Never felt rushed. I can tell she genuinely enjoys her work. She made sure my son felt comfortable and talked him through everything, she has a calming & chipper presence and he could tell. Her husband and her are the perfect duo, this is a family owned business. He was knowledgeable and kind on the phone. They are my new go to’s! Couldn’t brag on them enough! I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The office is pristine and clearly well-maintained. The owners are amazing—they took their time with me, and I never felt rushed. Every part of my visit was explained in detail, which I truly appreciated. They also have a fantastic selection of frames to choose from. My wife woke up with her eye almost swollen shut from irritation. Called Dr Moore”s office and they were able to get her in first thing on a Saturday. Dr Moore was amazing and knew exactly how to treat her. We were able to get subscription filled and she is already feeling better. We had been using one of the big box eye doctors but we are switching and now Dr Moore will be our new optometrist.

Really friendly husband and wife team! They made accommodations for my son and I around our work schedules, didn’t rush us, and even helped us pick out frames that fit well. Dr Moore was knowledgable and professional and took the time to answer all our questions. Will definitely be back to see them again. Thanks Moore Vision for such a great experience!
