If you have extreme dental anxiety, do not hesitate to make an appointment. This is the office for you! I can’t even begin to express how much I value this office. I had a traumatic childhood experience on an Indian reservation in the 90’s due to my mouth not numbing where typical people would be numbed. Many dentists since then don’t believe me when I tell them but not Bold, it took 3 tries but he ensured I was numb. The worst for me is being triggered just being there. It’s embarrassing because I cry while I’m being worked on. This office is so compassionate and patient with me. I struggle to keep appointments but they keep on asking me to come back. This was my first time being treated at Bold Dental, a very welcoming place. The staff greets you with big smiles and ‘come on in’ atmosphere. The wait to be seen was very short. The staff quickly set me up for x-rays and seated me in chair to see the dentist. Dr. Williams took the time to listen to my concerns, reviewed my information before letting me know what my options would be to possibly resolved my dental issues. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone names that I met, several personnel, from dental hygienist to finance person, but I was reassured every detail was being handled. My treatment plan, cost and approximate time plan was given to me before I left the office . I recently visited Bold Dental and had 14 crowns placed, replacing work I originally had done 10 years ago in shade B-1. From my very first appointment, Dr. Alexander made an incredible impression on me. He was open to everything I wanted to accomplish and, more importantly, he gave me honest, straightforward advice about every single question I had. That kind of transparency means a lot to me because you just don’t find that transparency anywhere these days. The front desk was friendly, the office felt calm, Dr.Alex and his team took time to explain what was going on and what my options were. I finally found my forever dentist office. First time in and staff was amazing and so helpful. The doctor came in and he makes you feel so comfortable and gives you so much information. He makes it easy to ask questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I will not ever go anywhere else.
