I can’t say enough good things about Woodstock Pharmacy! In a world of big-box chains, this family-owned gem is a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a neighbor rather than just a prescription number. ​The staff is hands-down the most helpful I’ve ever encountered; they are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the extra minute to explain my medications or offer genuine advice when I have concerns. It’s clear they truly care about the community’s well-being. If you want professional expertise delivered with a personal, friendly touch, this is the place to go. So glad to have them in town!

I drive 2 hours because the staff here are some of the nicest, most caring, talented, and wonderful people I have ever met. They actually CARE. They will have me as a customer even if I had to drive 4 hours to get there. Absolutely love them. If I could give 10 stars i absolutely would.

This pharmacy is awesome. I switched to them from Walgreens about 6 months ago. And I couldn’t be happier. They treat you and every customer like family. They pay attention and never seem frustrated when they are busy. They are still polite. You do not feel like a number. The only downside is their hours. But even with that it is worth changing from big corporate pharmacy to them

My friend had an Amazon package delivered here. As we were heading to pick it up, we saw their hours online and realized they were about to close. My friend called to ask if they stay open a few extra minutes or if they close right at 5. Instead of kindly explaining they would close, the guy rudely hung up on my friend mid-sentence because he decided it was time to go home. Work on your customer service skills.

I have never experienced such awesome customer service from any other pharmacy. Every person I have dealt with at this pharmacy have displayed such care and professionalism. They deliver prescriptions for my Mom, and specially Jeff has been absolutely spectacular. You guys are AWESOME. More individuals like you would make this world a better place. Thanks for being so CARING and taking care of Mom.
