My experience was outstanding! Didn’t realize how much I needed Hearing Aid! Everyone in the practice was so supportive and helpful! I appreciate all the help and encouragement! Not at all pushy ! We have seen both Dr. Woodward in Gainesville and now Dr. Jones in Woodstock. The experience with both ---exceptional. In addition, the office staff at both offices could not be more kind and helpful. This visit we met Katie at the front desk and Melissa who upgraded Steve's firmware and are very professional at what they do.

The staff at the Woodstock office were superior. From the front desk to the back offices. Katie was warm and welcoming the minute I walked through the door. I have had a hearing loss my entire life and am a bit stubborn when it comes to hearing aids. The doctors were kind, courteous, and respectful every step of the way.

Dr Jones was very kind and thorough. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained her findings in a way that was easy to understand. Then she recommended next steps. I would highly recommend her!

Always an easy visit here with happy professionals. They always go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Highly recommend.
