Your eye doctor was very professional and thorough, and I'd definitely go back to see her again next year for my eye exam. Your associate who helped me pick out glasses was very helpful and gave me advice on which glass styles worked best for my face. She also helped me make the best use of my insurance allotment.

A very pleasant experience. The whole staff was friendly, efficient and professional. I had been looking for a new eye doctor because most try to upsell too much. I was so impressed the staff genuinely care. The intake procedure was modern with all eye exam procedures thoroughly explained. Dr. Natalie was so knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. All my realistic choices were laid out and no pressure to buy this or add that. . Best part, I made a same day appt and was completed in an hour.

Natalie was amazing and the ultimate personality. She was a book of knowledge with a warm smile and upbeat personality. Winter was the coolest and most knowledgeable optician ever. He made me feel relevant. He could relate to me and just great. He went so far out of his way to deal with my insurance company. They were in the wrong and he so eloquently got it taken care of. Another young lady with dark hair was so sweet and just a joy to talk to. I wouldn’t imagine anything could change me from using . The staff is what makes this store. Not the product or location. The selection of frames is way too small. I would reward the staff and work on getting them more to work with. Great job everyone. Matthew Norton

The entire staff is top tier. Dr. Ezzell is excellent. She explains everything in a very easy to understand way while also being informative. She also gave very helpful suggestions for my eye routine. Heather is also lovely and very helpful. Thanks everyone!

I have been looking for a good optometrist for over 5 years as I was not so happy with several drs. I switched to in the area. Last year I switched again. This time went to Dr. Natalie Ezzell and finally I can say my search has come to an end. She is patient, sympathetic, and has an extremely pleasant demeanor. Most importantly, she is thoroughly knowledgeable, understands the patient's needs, and knows your eyes like the back of her hand. If you are in the woodstock area, she is the one to consult.
