Woodstock Pediatric Medicine

We have been going to Woodstock Pediatrics since my first child was born in 2019, and now I take both of my kids here. I truly cannot say enough good things about this office. Shannon Dobson is absolutely amazing—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen and make sure I feel confident as a parent. Because of the care we receive here, I happily drive over 45 minutes and refuse to switch practices. The staff is wonderful, the environment is welcoming, and I always know my kids are in the best hands. If you’re looking for a pediatric office that genuinely cares about your children, Woodstock Pediatrics is it.

Amazing Dr,s, NP’s, nurses and front office. I have 4 children that receive care at Woodstock Pediatrics, 2 of my children are more complex due to T1D and other syndromes, and I have always felt that this office, from the providers to the nurses including phone triage and referral coordinator truly care and go above and beyond. The physicians will advocate for my children to specialist if needed, I am able to get same day sick appointments and if I have a question or need to discuss something I get a return call within the same day. They have always answered questions and explained things in detail where it is understood. They speak directly to my children and always try to put them at ease. Would 100% recommend this office.

The only pediatric office I would recommend in Woodstock. My family have been with this office for over 10 years and they have never let us down. Mrs.Dobbson is our absolute favorite physician and MiMi at the front desk is always the sweetest to speak to no matter what’s going on. So grateful they take care of my babies!!!

All four of my babies see Dr. Heaven. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable pediatrician! We absolutely adore her and the rest of the staff! Ms. Minnie in the front office is the heart of the practice, if you ask me!

Today I took my son because he suspected he had a UTI. The front desk staff was wonderful but the nurse and doctor were terrible. First, no one asked my relation while in the room with him and just assumed I was the biological mom despite it being in the chart that his mother passed away two years ago. The nurse was rude and did not guide my son very well with what to do with peeing in a cup and he had no clue what to do then she had an attitude about it. Second, when the doctor came in (Dr. Dobson), she asked a personal question which my son and I had contradicting answers but his dad and I had discussed this before when my son’s answer was correct Dr.Dobson was rude and had an attitude with me because of being mom I was stepmom. I hate to tell her but I am a bonus mom since his mom passe
