an hour ago New This was overall a terrible experience. I have anxiety around the dentist, so hadn’t been in about 2 years, and needed a deep clean. I had asked for the gas to help with my anxiety, and was told I didn’t need it, after I had already paid for it and was advised it was being setup (it was never setup, I think she just didn’t want to do it). I did receive a refund after asking for it to be removed, however. Note, it wasn’t automatically refunded, I had to specifically request it. Finally, when I came back for my second half of the deep clean a week later (which is standard) the hygienist (a different one this time) started numbing and cleaning on the side that was done the week previously! She indicated that the notes stated it was the right side that needed to be done that d
