HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. If you care about your loved one, please think twice about choosing this facility. It's not worth it. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable in every which way you can think of as a facility. Not all, but a good majority of the staff members that work here are highly unprofessional, lazy, and poorly trained. Very rude and disrespectful demeanors walk amongst a workplace meant for compassion, lending a helping hand, being kind-hearted and having consideration. Especially for the residents. The building is always understaffed and in need of major assistance with coverage. I do not understand how this place operates when there is little to no help. Which leaves an overwhelming and overworked environ

I had a very disappointing experience with this facility. Communication between staff and families was poor, and it often felt difficult to get clear updates about care and treatment. There were long wait times when assistance was requested, which was concerning. The facility itself appeared understaffed, and that seemed to affect the level of attention residents received. While some staff members were kind and trying their best, the overall organization and responsiveness left a lot to be desired. For a place responsible for caring for vulnerable individuals, I expected a higher level of consistency, professionalism, and attentiveness. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that families thoroughly research and visit multiple facilities before making a decision.

O M G.! The staff is phenomenal! My dad was in rehab and the team really got him to perform at new levels. My dad is 90 and regain the fighting spirit! It's nice to see the same staff faces instead of sub help like other homes. The staff is happy unlike other establishments. This is the first rehab home I never heard a single staff member say anything negative regarding their team members or the management team. That all being said it brings me peace that my dad is getting the right attentive care. I forgot to mention the communication is really good!

Our mom, Norine, started at Woodlake in the rehab unit after breaking her back. After rehab she moved into the nursing home where they took the time to pair her with a roommate who became like a sister to her over the years. She participated in many of the recreation programs and special events at the facility and especially enjoyed the gardens and sitting areas outside. The staff at Woodlake supported her through several strokes and rehabs as well as Covid and increasing dementia. She always used to say, she felt loved and cared for there. Mom passed away at the end of February. The family is grateful for the care she received from the incredible staff.

My mother was there from Sept 2024 to almost Xmas and overall it was not a good experience. Her biggest complaint was lack of attention from the staff; in particular they kept her awake at all hours while she was trying to sleep. The food was at best satisfactory. She was also left too long in her bed which resulted in bed sores. One thing I have realized is that if you want to put your loved ones in a rehab/nursing home, go there in person before you make your decision and follow your instinct. Anyone can spruce up a website. If I had to say anything positive, her OT staff were nice and they made some progress with her.
