Really enjoy this office! Staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the docs are great at what they do!

Emily at Palozej Eye Care is exceptional. She has a wonderful upbeat personality, and is highly professional. She solved a prescription problem, and went above and beyond for me finding a prescription mask for snorkeling. I highly recommend her for any eye glass need. I look forward to doing business with her again soon.

People were nice enough but not worth going back to. I went for my first time for a exam anf contacts refill. they said I’d be able to try a new kind of contacts for my vision and send them to my home to try. i was never sent them as promised so a few weeks later I had to call and ask the status. they said they had none of the notes from my visit and I had to go back in and get another exam to get the trial lenses. this time they were sent as promised BUT a few weeks later i got a bill for another visit even though they admitted fault. they are still trying to charge for the second visit even though I should never have had to go back.

To receptionist Why are you asking if I have state insurance if I been visiting this office for years. Feel these people judging me by my insurance hope Dat not the case ? Feel you need to be straight about what insurance you take. Stop trying too shame people , and plz know what ur talking about. I feel the receptionist is one of those people who speak be for she think. Me and brother @ dad been going there for years. Smh

Went in there looking just for glasses for night driving and contacts to wear just to play hockey. Friendly staff. Met with Dr and explained everything, all seemed to go well. He explained both eyes needed correction. Went back a few weeks later to try contacts, they informed me that they were giving me one contact and that I'd wear one contact all the time, not just for driving and hockey. I explained to them they had me mixed up with another customer. They assured me this one contact was for me even though we hadnt discussed it. I wish this one- contact idea was explained to me on the initial visit because I would have cancelled the 2nd appointment . I'd rather go without contacts and stay as-is, or at least get a second opinion. When I got a second opinion, this office wouldnt
