The procedure itself was quick and painless and went smoothly. An overall pleasant experience (relatively speaking), but they did say I need to come back in three years and that they would contact me in three years. They did not. I had to initiate contact and the process because they didn’t. What if I forgot? What if I hated the procedure so much, I needed that push from the doctor’s office? They didn’t do what they said they were going to do and that’s why they get two stars.

So far ….. let’s just see Update : If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled my appointment , they called to confirm my appt twice. I arrive at my appointment and they say the doctor isn’t here. So I spent my money to get here for them to not be able to do my appointment. Wasted time and money to get here. If I skipped my appointment they’d charge me a fee! But they can just cancel and do no call no show with nothing ?!?!? Then the lady at the front talking like a zombie like she couldn’t care any less. Absolutely not recommended. Updates to come

Front desk was great. Intake nurse was great even though she missed the IV placement the first time (I am a difficult stick and I know it!). The nurse anesthetist was great. However, the recovery nurse was rude and nasty. I told her I was a bit 'foggy' and she still read all the discharge instructions, word for word, and expected me to sign. She had no patience or empathy with me as a patient. As she showed me to the waiting room I told her, "you could show some patience and compassion to your patients". Her response "I had a bad weekend!" Inexcusable! We all have issues. Be a professional, that is your job! Note: I am an RN with 45 years experience. I won't even go in to how Dr LocLe spoke to me after my procedures. I left a voicemail for a manager to call me, we shall see if it happens.

From the front desk ladies to the medical people at the Endocentre of Baltimore. Everyone was so kind, and caring. Always am well cared for, before and after, a procedure. Dr Epstein and staff are always 5 stars from me.

Dr. Whitehead is highly capable, professional and personable. Her team of nurses and the anesthesiologist were also very professional and caring. Could not have asked for a better experience for this procedure. Thank you.
