They took their time with my child, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient — we didn’t sit for long at all. You can tell they truly care about the children and the parents. The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention we received was exceptional. I’m really happy I came here. First reception was amazing. I really wish I got the persons name so they can be recognized. But they were so nice and welcoming! Deff made us feel 1000% more comfortable. The care was exactly what we needed for our 6month old. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, gave us really good advice and provided relief for our bubba. From the moment we walked into Xpress Pediatrics today, we were met with such genuine kindness and compassion. Finding out that both my baby and I had RSV was overwhelming, and I couldn’t hold back my tears but the doctor and nurse never once made me feel rushed, embarrassed, or alone. They showed so much patience, empathy, and care, taking the time to explain everything clearly while also checking in on me emotionally. Their calm presence and reassuring words meant more than they probably realize during such a vulnerable moment for me as a first time parent. I can’t remember their names, but I will never forget the way they treated us. In a situation that felt scary and heavy, they provided comfort, understanding, and excellent medical care. I will forever be grateful for how they treat

This was a perfect experience. Very professional. My child was so scared. Everyone was so kind, professional and straight to the point. My child was very comfortable. I was surprised and proud. This was our first time here. Never heard of this place until I was searching on Google. Thank you everyone🌺

Got my son his sports physical here. Service was prompt and efficient. The place is clean and easily distracts kids from the reason they are there (that’s a good thing!) my hidden gem for care, although I hope I don’t have to go often! This place was awesome and inviting. Very good for kids. It’s clean and orderly and arguably a hidden gem for these purposes. Hopefully you don’t have to go, but if you do, I recommend. No pharmacy or injections at the Pikesville site, but very well explained.
