Fantastic experience! From Mollie the concierge saying hi to me and my family everyday to the friendly staff and the awesome PT/OT crew! I am so pleased with my three week stay at Woodbury Heights. I am 46 and was unfortunately a pedestrian hit by a car. They made me self sufficient and kept me uplifted through out my whole stay. The nurses, like Beth made sure I was comfortable and the aids such as Carmella always checked on me with a smile. Everything happens for a reason and I was meant to be cared for by all of them. I would recommend more young people take advantage of this place. They are equipped to do it with a nice sized gym where you get your care from awesome professionals like Brooke, Peggy and Alyssa. So grateful my dad is being taken care of here! Such personalized attention to his needs. His room is clean and roomy. The staff has been amazing with communication and detailed information. The social worker asked if he liked any particular hobbies and activities. I want mom to be able to spend quality time with him so they are setting up a fire stick I brought so they can watch movies together in the room. The coordination with Molly on his transfer and care has been awesome and really relieved a lot of the stress out of the process!!

My husband was a long-term patient at Woodbury Heights nursing home, where he received outstanding care. The staff was always responsive, kind, compassionate, and attentive. The aides and nurses were especially supportive during the final stages of his life. A special thanks to Vivian at the front desk, who welcomed me warmly with a smile every time I visited. The aides and nursing team on the third floor of Woodcrest deserve recognition for their dedicated and compassionate care. I feel truly grateful for the support they provided to me and my family during such a challenging time.

My mother is a new resident at WHNRC. Since she was a transfer from an upstate nursing home, we were looking for specific things when we first visited. I’m pleased to say we found what we were looking for and more. My mother has been very happy. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by many different members of the staff in all different positions. Skilled care is very, very challenging. If you’re looking at all, I seriously recommend you reach out to these folks.

Upon arriving at Woodbury Heights nursing home for physical therapy, I was in a terrible condition and feeling very frustrated. However, the outstanding staff on the second floor, including the nurses l, Shana and the assistance, Puma, along with the kindness of the necessary housekeeping service, helped me to cope. The excellent people and staff, including Mollie,who works none stop caring for every patient , Oscar, Eddie, and Tee in physical therapy, played a crucial role in my recovery, and I was fortunate enough to be discharged and continue PT at home.
