I had an emergency visit for a cracked tooth and could not have asked for a better experience from the moment I called the front desk. Staff was compassionate, responsive, and efficient in getting me seen quickly. Within 4 hours I had an appointment. The clinical staff was calm, attentive and reassuring during a very stressful situation, Dr Surks Took her time to thoroughly explain my options and then treated me with genuine care and professionalism. The entire office worked seamlessly as a team and it truly made a difficult dental emergency very very manageable. I am extremely grateful for their expertise, kindness and exceptional patient care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone, especially in an emergency situation.

I’m a mother of two boys, and before I went to Doctor Surks my confidence was so low because my two front teeth were in desperate need of bonding. They lost calcium from being a nursing mother. The dentist I had prior had my front teeth at that back of my dental plan, “leave them until the other more important teeth are fixed” I have no idea why I listened to that other dentist ….so I stayed that way ( hiding my smile for an over a year and hid from people) that was so sad looking back….Then I moved out of the NYC to Long Island and a family member recommended Dr. Dina Surks. So I made an appointment for a cavity filling, which she fixed, AND in that same appointment she immediately bonded the front teeth, she said she couldn’t let me hide my smile and feel bad about myself and fixed iit,

Amazing staff! Valerie at reception is a scheduling genius. She somehow manages to ensure you have an appointment when you need it. Both Dr. Surks and Hygienist Raber are phenomenal. They thoroughly explain the procedure they are going to perform and genuinely are about your treatment. From top to bottom, start to finish the most friendly, warm, welcoming and professional dental practice I have visited.

North Shore Prosthodontic Associates is a very professional business, Dr. Dena L. Surks was incredibly kind to me . I am a cancer patient who went to her office with a lot of pain in my jaw and Dr Dena made every effort to solve my problem. I am so thankful I met Dr Dena she is an exceptional professional who really cares about her patients.
