Wittels Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center

I went there for my appointments twice in the month of February and the doctor was amazing! There was barely a wait time in the lobby and i was checked out pretty quickly. I think both times in February i spent there maximum 1 hour, so the whole experience was good and efficient. However, i was trying to reschedule my 3rd appointment and i called, no one picked up, their voicemail was full. I called a few days later, and same thing happened. Seems like front desk is not so efficient.

I am seriously pissed off at this dr and his staff. They are so arrogant and rude. I’m not sure if DR W had no idea how inefficient and plain rude his female staff is. He too doesn’t even speak to his patients in person he makes his staff do the dirty work. Pick up the phone and have some common decency, courtesy, bedside manner and professionalism. He human for Christa sake. If people are willing to pay the big bucks to see you at least spend as much time with them as they spend waiting for you in your lobby and waiting room. First I waited forever. Then I got charged more than quoted. Then there’s no way to actually communicate with the Dr. Directly. Nor does his staff respond to phone messages or calls or emails. There’s no website or email or easy access to his office staff or him. I

Terrible experience! They gave me the wrong diagnostic for something really simple!! Don't know the difference between a tennis elbow and Radial Tunnel Syndrome. Beside it the doctor didn't pay me to much attention and almost didn't give any explanation on what I had (besides that he was wrong). Also they made me wait two hrs having an appointment and being almost the first time in the morning. Never will go again!!

People go to Doctors Offices as they go to McDonalds. Yes ... you have to wait but he is the best orthopedic surgeon in my opinion. I had a huge tibia plateau fracture and thanks to Dr Wittels and his staff I’m walking after 4 month. Mike the PT is awesome . The staff ( Dario, Natalie, Dante, Kathy ) helped me a lot! Everyone knows what they’re doing. If you go to any place with a bad attitude or have an inherent lack of patience, of course you are not going to have the best experience. My recommendation is, if you have a serious orthopedic issue, go to Dr Wittels!!! Don’t expect that he is not going to pamper you like a child, but I asure you he is going to fix your problem. He will do his job!

Terrible first impression. I called for an appointment; first time patient. Unprofessional greeting, and then told me to call back as they were too busy with in person patients.
