I always have a great experience here. The team treats me with so much care and respect, and they’re truly excellent at what they do. They explain everything clearly, make me feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. I’m really grateful to have found a dentist I trust.

Great experience! Office is very clean and appointment started on time. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The cleaning was painless and one of the most ‘peaceful’ cleaning I’ve experienced. I’m happy to have found a new dental office!

Dr Matias was thorough and kind. I've never been to a dental office where the dentist actually did the cleaning themselves. He took the time to give me thorough explanation of what I needed to have done, was not an alarmist and did not make it feel like the end of the world but was explained all kindly, and didn't talk down to me as I've experienced in the past from dentists making me not want to return and thereby pushing off dental cleanings more than I should have. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been leaving in America for over 11 years and I had A LOT of bad experiences with Dentists. I can say I finally found my Drs. Office🙏🏼 At Artisa Dental of Bay Harbor, they’re extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable and caring. It start with George at the front desk with his kindness and polite attitude towards patients. My journey with them started 2 months ago with the Invisalign treatment. Unfortunately, due my bad experiences with dentists over the years I ended up having to have a tooth extracted, and I feel so grateful to have been able to rely on Dr. Gonzalez's expertise in performing this procedure. This is an EXCELLENT DENTAL OFFICE! My mom is a senior and needed two new crowns with additional partial dentures and a night guard. 🦷 DOCTOR MATIAS is simply AMAZINGLY CARING and very meticulous in his treatment!! He also take his time explaining every single process along the way. Every visit was absolutely an enjoyable experience, filled with new education about proper and ongoing and new dental care. This process has already gone on for a couple of months, BUT ITS WELL WORTH ALL THE VISITS to receive the level of satisfaction that my mom so deserves!! George, the Regional office manager and the front desk team are also very supportive, kind, polite, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding patient support!
