I need to cancel my next appointment, and I have tried to call amd call and there is no Email for existing patient to be in touch. I want to cancel in time for you and myself, and be respectful of your schedule. But it is very difficult to get in touch with you. I love dr Weitz for the past 2 years, everythingis always smooth, front desk nurse. But please maybe find a way for patient to be able to call and be in touched with ease. Thanks

I went to this dermatologist for help with minor acne and ended up having a very disappointing experience. I was prescribed a strong medication without being told about the possible side effects or what to expect. Shortly after starting it, my skin began purging severely, and now, two months in, I’ve been left with scarring and dark spots that I never had before. My self-confidence has really taken a hit because of this. On top of that, the appointments always felt rushed. There was no real explanation, no guidance, and no effort to walk me through the process or prepare me for what could happen. I left every visit feeling confused and unsupported. Based on my experience, I do not recommend going here.

I recently had minor surgery performed by Dr Chen. She was very caring and professional, explaining what to expect and being thoughtful throughout. Also a big shout out to her assistant Jamie who transmitted amazing calming energy to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

Really disappointing experience. The appointment felt rushed, like the doctor had somewhere else to be. I was prescribed a strong medication with known risks to the liver, yet there was zero follow-up. I called the office to say I wasn’t seeing any results no one ever called me back. What I did receive was a surprise bill in the mail for what insurance didn’t cover. I took a powerful medication for three months with absolutely no support or concern from the practice. Worst experience I’ve had. I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
