Wisconsin Vision Corporate HQ

Very disappointed in the service provided from the Kenosha store and lab where glasses are made. Vision appointment and order placed for new glasses at end of Oct and now after 30 days, still have not received my order. I have called the store twice and no one can seem to give me a timeline as to when I can expect delivery of my purchase. Been a customer for several years but after this experience, will not bring my business back.

I am a long time customer (30 years) and up until recently, I have always had quality service and products. However, we ran into some bumps in the road this year and today management spoke with me and offered me another chance to do it right. I had been offered something before and given a deadline, however, I forgot about the deadline and went to try to. Get what was offered And the manager couldn’t do it. Today they made another offer and I feel better about the company. I will continue to shop there .

I purchased a pair of glasses and sunglasses for $1000. The sales clerk asked me if I wanted to see your eyes in the sunglasses. I said no. When I got the sunglasses they were not dark enough to hide my eyes. I told the women that I did not like them because they weren’t dark enough. She told me if I got them darker, everything would look red (BS) and that I couldn’t t get a refund either. I called their corporate headquarters three times over two weeks to sort out the situation. I was told that the regional director would call me back, but she never did. Terrible customer service! I will never buy glasses from Wisconsin Vision again. I will try Vision works. BTW They have BOGO sales anyways.

I think that your Staff at the waukesha sunset bldging need a refresher course in customer service. To me they all seem to have a Sarcastic attitude. Bad for business.

I ordered my glasses over 4 weeks ago today (10/31/20 and still have not received them. I have my safety glasses but not my dress glasses, I guess I will be a 1 and done customer
