Stacey is excellent at what she does. I see her monthly, with great results! For her massage work: she uses different techniques and tools depending on what you need most that session. Sometimes her motions are so small and precise, which is different than other massage experiences I've had, but I am always surprised to feel distant parts of my body relax while she focuses on an area. It shows her thorough understanding of how the body's muscles, bones, and nerves are all connected. She also uses our massage sessions to help me loosen and release some post-surgery knotted interstitial tissue, which has allowed me to raise my arm over my head easily for the first time since having surgery. Great place! I had a 90 minute massage and European facial! I felt so good and my face both felt and looked more hydrated. I highly recommend Stacey! She is fantastic and knows a lot about massage therapy and skincare. I will definitely be returning!
