This place has false advertisement. I called for an emergency tooth extraction and they couldn't do anything. They didn't even want to make a same day appointment or even an appointment for the same week. I told them I was in massive pain and with a swollen face. No, you have to be an existing costumer. The woman who answered the phone was rude and snobby. If this is how they treat emergency for new customers with false advertising, I can just imagine the shitty service, I would get if I was customer. Don't go there

I have been coming to Willow Dental for a few years now, and every time, my experience gets better and better! I came in recently for a cleaning , and I also got X-rays done. I appreciate a lot that they use the latest technology to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. It make a huge positive difference on my experience. Kait was my dental hygienist this time around, and she did a fantastic job! Not only was she extremely thorough in her work, Kait was super friendly, had great energy about her, and was very caring. She checked in to make sure I was doing okay, and helped me find a solution to my lower retainer troubles. So helpful! I highly recommend Willow Dental!

I was greeted immediately when I arrived. The hygienist greeted me shortly after and showed me to the room. She had a very easy touch while doing a thorough checkup and cleaning.. she was extremely pleasant and explained what she was doing. She answered my questions completely and honestly. I am impressed with this office and the staff that work here!

I was a new patient and they took me and my insurance very quickly for an appointment I was very thankful. I just got a cleaning for my first visit and x-rays and they were very professional. And the dentist is able to work with me at my speed for coverage of the payment. Everybody was very kind from the phone conversation to leaving after my appointment.4/18/23. Again Dr Burns was caring and kind. We made a plan and that really helped me to not be so stressed. Willow staff are the kindest. From the time you call for an appointment till you walk out the door. I’m very happy I found them
