I was a patient here for quite some time and initially had a great experience. Before moving forward with my dental implant, Jasmin told me she had verified everything with my insurance and provided me with an estimate. All necessary scans were completed to determine exactly what needed to be done, and based on those discussions, everything seemed clear and approved. After the implant procedure was completed, I was presented with an additional $500 bill. When I questioned this, I was told my dental insurance did not cover it, but that my medical insurance would. Jasmin advised me that I would need to pay the balance upfront and then seek reimbursement myself.
