The staff very friendly and helpful. I'm always so afraid to go to a dentist but this time the entire team at Sapphire Dental was trying to calm me down. I had an IV sedation and it was very helpful. Everyone was understanding and took very good care of me. They explained everything to me so that I understood what was going to be done. Many thanks to Dr. Chung, Dr Dugas and the whole team.. I went for a first visit and I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the people there are. They make a great team. Dr. Curtis Dugas was so professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough about addressing and explaining everything I was concerned about. Dr. Yoo Jin Chung is a total inspiration. She will work with you in great detail to accomplish accuracy with what you need. The lady who took my Xrays was gentle, kind and very patient. I am keeping Saphire Dental Studio for all my Dental needs and highly recommend them. It's also a lovely drive through Windemere. Thanks guys, for taking time to make a plan. Dr Chung is highly qualified and professional in her profession. She really made sure that I would be comfortable while I sat in the chair and did her work. The staff did an amazing job in everything they do, very pleasant and made my visit much more enjoyable experience. And in all of this, I love the ambience of their clinic. I’m usually nervous at the dentist like most, but Dr. Chung and Dr. Dugas made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Three fillings in one visit and I didn’t feel a thing! Bonus points for the cool “Men in Black” glasses 😎. Helped me with my anxiety and not seeing all the scary tools they use. Now I’ll be starting clear aligners with them. I live near the SeaWorld area, but it’s 100% worth the drive. Highly recommend!
