Winter Garden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Tonight November 20th 2025 there was a Thanksgiving Dinner at Winter Garden Rehab and it was incredible. My sister is there and me and another sister were with her. The dining room was decorated so beautifully, and the food and dessert were delicious. The music put us in a party mood. The staff was amazing, You can feel the love they have for what they do and how devoted they are. They went around asking what we wanted from the menu, serving us, and even offering more if we wanted. All their hard work is appreciated. Thank You for doing this to make everyone have a Háppy Thanksgiving, it was amazing!!!?! Wishing everyone a Happy Thankgiving to you and your family.

Everyone is so friendly,helpful and professional. It's clean and homely. Daphne was so nice on the phone at my first contact with this center which make me feel comfortable in placing my wife here. This will be my first choice to recommend anyone. Hope not, but if the Need arises, I will choose here. Thanks guys God Bless.

Overall, this facility is clean and the staff can be very helpful. If you get the right one on a good day. I’m sure it is very difficult to work there. However, My dad’s nurses, are wonderful and patient with him. Luckily, I know my way around, so I hope others find their way as well. Would I recommend this place for your family member? Yes, I would. This is the second time I father has been in the rehab center. Communication with the family is not the greatest. You have to be on top of that for answers. Otherwise I give this place a four stars.

Trusting someone with the care of your parent is a heart wrenching decision and I had a lot of hope that this facility would be good to my mom based on some of the positive reviews. The reality of that was much different. My mother was only there for 14 days before I had to rescue her from the treatment she was receiving here. When I arrived, my mother had an open wound leaking onto the floor from her leg. The bandage had fallen off and was marked with a date five days earlier. Meaning they had not checked my mother’s open wound in over five days. The physician prescribed my mother medication that we as a family specifically said she could not have due to other medical complications.. The nurses are clearly annoyed to have to do their job.
