I cannot recommend Winter Garden Pharmacy enough. Every visit is a truly positive experience, which is saying a lot when you're dealing with prescriptions! The staff here consistently goes above and beyond. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer any questions I have, making sure I understand my medication and dosage. They always treated me with genuine respect and patience, which makes a huge difference. Beyond the excellent customer service, the efficiency is fantastic. My prescriptions are always ready on time, and the checkout process is quick and smooth. I've never had an issue with accuracy or having to wait a long time. This pharmacy has awful customer service, inadequate staff, and the inside looks completely barren and dirty. They will tell you medications are not in stock but will actually have it available. They answer the phone and put you on hold and then hang up 10 minutes later. I have given them a chance for the last few months but the overall negative experience has caused me to find another pharmacy with better quality service. Please look elsewhere if you want consistency.

Wonderfully friendly staff , willing to help patient by call insurance company to resolve issues and also call doctor request refill . The pharmacy is clean and fresh air 😊
