Dr.Mike and staff is truly amazing, the past few times we’ve been in we’ve had great experiences! My daughter had her teeth pulled just this past week and Dr.Mike along with the staff were truly amazing during it in comforting not just her but me as well. My daughter has more work scheduled to be done next month and I know she’ll be just fine in their caring hands.

Dr. Foley is absolutely incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and was so receptive to all of my questions and concerns. From birth, my daughter was experiencing significant difficulty latching when attempting to breastfeed, causing me significant pain and round the clock feeding. Luckily, we were referred by a family friend to Dr Foley when my daughter was 5 weeks old. After a long 5 weeks struggling to feed her (along with recovering from an unplanned C-section), we finally had answers as to what was causing her trouble- a tongue and lip tie. Dr. Foley explained the procedure and rationale for craniosacral therapy prior to the surgery. After completing therapy with ongoing oral stretches, our daughter had the frenectomy and we instantly experienced significant improvement, s

We were clients of Winning Smiles for many, many years before Dr Mike even bought these practices. I am horrified how families are treated now. I was reading through some of the reviews at the other location. I always thought it was weird if you had certain insurance you couldn’t be seen at certain locations. I left a message at this location yesterday and was told just now that they are booking far out and especially since we are from a different doctor at the Buffalo location. My son had Dr Mike during the pandemic at Children’s for extractions and many other times including my daughter. YET I am told at this location since we had Dr David a handful of times I can’t get my son seen by Dr Mike. My son needs to be seen aooner than March after losing a tooth yesterday and needing extractio

Do not go here. This has been a nightmare. We made an appointment before the summer to get our daughter in for her initial appointment. She wasn't able to get in until mid September. I had to reschedule because of work, which really upset me because I knew it was going to be a long time to get her back in. I contacted the office and spoke to a woman who seemed to know absolutely nothing. This was approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the appointment I realize I was gonna call back because this worker was clueless. After waiting on hold 4 different Times for an extensive period of time I left 4... 4 messages over the last two weeks without a returned call. This is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly we are not going there and highly suggest you don't either If they handle phone calls like this

Absolutely do not recommend this Winning Smiles in East Amherst at all! It was my girls first dentist trip and I will be shocked if they trust another person near their mouth. We waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes with 4 year old twins. Our appointment was at noon, they didn’t call us back until 12:45. Thank goodness they had toys to keep them occupied for a bit. The dental hygienist was an absolute nightmare. She dropped things, was very disorganized, an absolute mess. Showed my girls that the toothbrush they use isn’t scary by putting it on their finger and then jammed it in their mouths (so disgusting and unprofessional!). Gagged my 4 year old when trying to get X-rays, and couldn’t figure out how the xray thing even worked. Didn’t even try to get X-rays with my other daughter. T
