I injured my shoulder last July and was getting no relief on my own. I had an opportunity to work with Alec Courtney. We discussed the injury, what my goals were, how to make the shoulder better and stronger, and a realistic time frame for recovery. I am happy to say that working with Alec was a great decision. I am well on my way to recovery. Alec checked in frequently and kept pushing, but not too much as to cause any re-injury. Definitely not like other rehab places, where you are one of maybe 5-7 other patients at the same time. We were always one on one. I recommend them, if you are looking for injury rehabilitation.

Alec has officially saved my shoulder. After being in chronic pain, losing sleep and being told numerous times over the last year that there was nothing that can be done to improve my mobility, Alec became my saving grace.
