Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

This pharmacy has gone down tremendously since the 2 pharmacist that have been there for years left due to the fact that they wouldn’t provide them with the necessary help they needed to run the pharmacy department efficiently and effectively. I’ve been trying to get my moms prescriptions filled for two weeks and every time I go to pick them up there’s nothing ready!!! The district manager of pharmacy promised me on Wednesday night that he will get them ready. He didn’t even know how to work the system, but he is a manager. Make that make sense, please!!! Well I just left and guess what, I left empty handed again!!! This is totally unacceptable! Patients are prescribed medication because they need it for their well-being. I would give zero stars but unfortunately not possible. I went to the pharmacy twice. The first time I was told they didn’t have my rx. I confirmed with my doctor the next day and was told it was sent so I went back today. The manager of the pharmacy was working (the only person working) I asked if my prescription was ready, he looked, didn’t see it and went to the computer. I assumed he was looking it up. After 10 minutes I asked if he was able to find it, he told me he hadn’t even started looking for it yet! No communication, nothing. I patiently stood there for 10 more minutes, I was the only one there, and he just filled prescriptions and completely ignored me. Extremely unprofessional. I called my doctor and asked him to send elsewhere. I feel sorry for the people in the neighborhood
