Physical Therapy Now-Allapattah

I've been taking my sister for physical therapy here and Jeannie at the front desk is awesome she is spectacular same personality every time welcoming she's the greatest she's an asset. My sister therapist Adriana is also great. she works well with everyone she moves fast and she does an excellent job.

My initial and ongoing impression of Ronie (older male physical therapist) is that he is overly authoritative and frequently dismissive in his communication. On one occasion, he approached me during my mother’s physical therapy session and abruptly instructed me not to give her any sugar, without context or explanation. On another occasion, he brought up my mother’s dementia/Alzheimer’s diagnosis, which I am already well aware of, and commented that it was “a horrible disease” in a manner that felt insensitive and lacking empathy. When I shared that her disease has been progressing slowly, he did not acknowledge this positive aspect at all. Additionally, when I asked a reasonable question about whether bringing my mother in earlier might allow for more one-on-one therapy, his response — “W

I underwent shoulder surgery and chose this location for my recovery and physical therapy. From the start, stuff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. The entire team made the recovery process smooth and effective. I’m now feeling much better and stronger, and I’m truly grateful for their care. The first day I went there I fell in love with this place all the therapists and the Front desk Jenny is very nice friendly and very caring also I noticed on my first therapy session I felt really good and I was able to move my hands better I highly recommend them they are amazing
