I’m a new patient, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Rachel Shlomov. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and the whole visit felt comfortable and welcoming. I’m so glad I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist who truly cares about their patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shlomov for several years, and she is truly the best optometrist I’ve been to in Miami. What started as routine eye exams turned into real, lasting relief from my dry eye symptoms thanks to treatments like LipiFlow, IPL, and radiofrequency. Before finding her, I saw other eye doctors and never felt fully heard or helped. Dr. Shlomov takes the time to listen, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and genuinely cares about your long-term eye health. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or told to just rely on eye drops forever. Her holistic, thoughtful approach made a huge difference for me, and I highly recommend her to anyone in Miami struggling with dry eye!

Dr. Shlomov is the best eye doctor in Miami! She introduced me to blue light blocking daily lenses and my eyes have been feeling much better after working on the computer daily. She also takes the time to thoroughly listen to patient concerns. Can’t recommend her enough.

Best optometrist experience I’ve ever had! The staff were super friendly and Dr. Rachel Shlomov was amazing. She has great energy, really took the time to ask questions, and made sure she understood what was going on with my eyes. I’ve always had issues with contacts making my eyes water and even messing with my sinuses, but the ones she prescribed fit perfectly and feel so much better. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I never realized how much my vision had changed until seeing Dr. Shlomov. Unfortunately the curse of getting younger caught up to me, and I was struggling to read my cell phone. Dr Rachel explained what was happening and gave me all of my options. We went with progressive glasses and now everything is crisp and clear again. She is an excellent eye doctor in Miami Beach and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I am so glad I found her.
