If you are covered under Tricare, this hospital provider Katherine Baird PA will fail to file the proper certificate before the 90day deadline causing permanent appeal denial from Tricare. Leaving the patient to be responsible for the entire bill. After contacting the hospital 6 times and also the 3rd party billing company Northeast Emerg Med Specialists LLC, the certificate required to be sent to Tricare has still not be filed or sent. This is absolutely unacceptable. An $1100.00 bill for a PA to take a temperature, O2 level reading and discharge less than 15mins later. Then fail to file the correct paperwork to Tricare insurance company. This app should allow for zero stars to be an option to post, that is the only reason 1 star is being chosen.

I was treated by Christine Manthorne , PA (not even a real doctor…smh). I am completely appalled. I am currently filing complaints with the department of health and also the joint commission. She deserves to be fired. She is an absolute joke of a “doctor” lol if she even was one. I wouldn’t like to be seen by an actual doctor next time thank you I will be going to ANY other hospital before windham.

I loved the nurses/techs/doctors who took good care of me, the best of the best 10 out of 10. Nina, Brynn, Esha, Kate, Amy, Crystal. God bless you, ladies! 😊 Honestly Haven't been there in a while disliked it before. When you go to the hospital don't be afraid to speak up that's how you make sure that they are aware of how you feel and your concerns are made known. Also, we all make mistakes there's no need to be disrespectful to the people who are working hard to make sure you're okay, you're life isn't a game to them. Love them 💕

Great experience when I was very sick. Never waited when I rang for help. Nurses, doctors, PT, CNAs, phlebotomists all great! Very patient and kind when I was scared of a procedure.
