I love this place as much as anyone loves going to the dentist. The staff and doctor are always friendly and supportive to my dental needs. They don't do anything that is not needed.

My experience with this dental office has unfortunately gotten to the point where I had to change my dental insurance to go to a different office. They chronically cancel appointments. Not once or twice, they have canceled my appointments at least more than 4 times. Sometimes these cancellations would be 1/2 weeks notice, other times it would be the day or morning of. Several of these times I would take off work in order to make the appointment or schedule my day around the appointment. I have given several chances, but unfortunately it’s a pattern at this point. I can’t continue to waste my time having planned appointments canceled.

Always feared the dentist until I went here. Awesome staff and the dentist is so kind and she does amazing work.

Easy appointments, easy scheduling, clean office. What more could you want from a dentist? Dr. Baer and her staff are all-around great. Jenifer the hygienist is wonderful with kids. Edit: as of April ‘25 they have a new? receptionist who doesn’t answer the phone or pay attention when people walk in - she possibly needs retraining

Moved to the area and needed a new dentist, so we went here because we loved that Dr. Baer was a support of the military, the facility seemed clean, and the staff were friendly. When we went for our appt, there was a dog free roaming that felt a bit unhygienic - we are BIG dog people, so generally I wouldn't mind, but I don't believe animals should be allowed in the treatment rooms/area...especially when I have to have my mouth open for that length of time. My husband and I had routine cleanings, and both agreed that the cleaning wasn't to the standard that we have grown used to from our former dental office and it also felt very rushed.
