I had the pleasure of being a patient today at Windham Dental. My experience with Windham Dental prior to today started a few weeks ago with interactions with the amazing front desk staff; Melanie and Jeanine. They were so attentive, thoughtful, considerate, and truly went above and beyond to get not only me a new patient appointment, but also one for my son in a very timely manner. They reached out when their was a cancellation and just were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we were greeted with nothing but warmth and a smile when we checked in for our appointments. Today I was fortunate enough to have a cleaning done with a hygienist, April. Made an online appt. For an emergency visit on Saturday. Received numerous confirmation txt messages confirming time and date. Showed up at the office and it was closed. All doors locked, even though the sign on the door indicated they have Saturday hours, And only a virtual assistant to speck with online, stating we had an appt but couldn't help. Absolutely horrible!!!! I would love to speak with some one regarding this issue! Open business online but not in person!?!?

This place really went downhill after it changed ownership. Most recently, I've been trying to have a single tooth fixed for over four months. Through negligence, incompetence, or both, I'm no closer than I was to start with. Dr. Maser either is not as knowledgeable as he should be, or knows he made a mistake and is unwilling to admit it. The staff doesn't know how to operate all of the equipment. Through miscommunication and carelessness, I've waited over a month for scan results just to come into the office and be told they were never looked at. Dr. Mir was indifferent to issue and became condescending as I expressed my frustration. I will not be coming back.

I had booked an appointment online for an emergency with severe tooth pain but there was an issue. The office tried to reach me prior to my appointment. When I arrived and they saw the pain I was in, they still took care of me. The staff was wonderful and very empathetic to my situation. I highly recommend them! Dr Maser thank you!

Simply amazing! I needed help fast, they fit me in immediately. Staff was great and made it really easy to get my medical needs taken care of. I can not thank them all enough. Melanie at the front is the nicest person you could ask for!
