Highly Recommend! My loved one has been at this nursing home, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about every resident’s well-being. They take the time to provide personalized attention, keep families informed, and make the environment feel safe and welcoming. The caregivers go above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my family member is in a place where they are treated with respect and compassion. I’m truly grateful for the team here. Terrible place. They don't care about you or your loved ones. Poor management. Unprofessional and unorganized. All they care about is money. Run.

I experienced the staff at their best as they gave families and friends a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner. Customer service, meeting the needs of each resident and family member. Not to mention the food was really great tasty and well presented. Residents could only talk about the great care they are given daily. Thankful to have Willow Ridge as their home.

Renovations look great! Can't wait to see it when it's all finished.
