Willow Pelvic Health was truly and fully a game changer for me - I went in not even sure what I was struggling with but knowing I didn’t feel right or at all confident with my pelvic health, and ended up being helped in more ways than I could imagine. I began seeing them around 30 weeks pregnant and can’t overstate how valuable it’s been to understand my body, prepare for birth, and feel empowered with practical information, exercises, and resources. Both Jessie and Lital are so warm, creating a space that feels professional and comfortable. I highly recommend Willow for any mama-to-be, and I’m already looking forward to my postpartum recovery with them!

Lital and Jessie have been absolutely AMAZING throughout my pregnancy! From helping me strengthening my pelvic floor earlier in pregnancy to then working on relaxing those same muscles in preparation for birth, Lital and Jessie have been so supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. Jessie and Lital are amazing physical therapists and people! I have gone to them after the birth of my daughter. They make PT informative, comfortable and fun. They are both so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have improved so much since going to them!
