Williamstown Pediatrics

The wait time is horrible. The appointment for my children is 10:20 am, we got here at 10:14am. It is currently 11:30am and we are yet to see the Dr. It's time to start shopping around for a new Dr's office for my kids.

Dr Matthew is an exceptional physician. We started going there when my youngest was born in December 2018. She is on call during the holidays and she listens to what your concerns are and let's you know the process of what actions need to happen. Her staff are amazing as well. They make sure to have all the answers you need and reasons why. I highly recommend this physician.

The wait time in this office is ridiculous, my grandsons appt was 3:45, asked to come earlier they had a cancelation so got there 2:30, were are still waiting to be seen at our original scheduled time, and this happens ALOT. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE SERVICE

Absolutely love the doctors and staff. I went here as a kid (I'm 27 now) and now I bring my 11 month old here. Every time I call the on call service I get a call back from the Doctor within in 5-10 minutes. I called today around 9am because my daughter started coughing really bad yesterday and they told me to bring her in at 10am to check her out. If it's something really serious, they do not mess around! They will send you to the ER to get your child checked. They're always very thorough and care. Doctor Mathew is amazing! Definitely recommend this place for your little ones!

Dr Mathews is nice but the office is not up to par. No one follows up with you when they say they will and they seem disorganized. Do not recommend. I had two appointments. Both times someone was supposed to call and confirm and both days office was closed.
