AFC Urgent Care Williamstown

I had a very positive experience at this location. Despite a full waiting room, the staff kept things moving efficiently while remaining professional and respectful. The Highlights: • Front Desk: The intake clerk was fantastic. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile and was incredibly helpful, even assisting me and another patient with the electronic documentation. • Care Team: Both the assistant and the medical practitioner were kind and diligent. I appreciated that the practitioner acknowledged me and checked in with a few questions even before my official exam began. For an urgent care, the service was exceptionally personable and professional. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous walking into urgent care, but as soon as I talked to the front desk staff, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I then saw Courtney who was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and actively worked with me towards a path forward. She genuinely seemed like she cared. I recommend this urgent care above all others!

I had such a good experience here (which you don’t always expect from an urgent care facility). The receptionist was so kind and answered all of my silly questions. My provider Sarah was so patient and really made me feel at ease with my care. 13/10 would definitely recommend! 🩷

You are greeted quickly and brought back shortly after. They check your vitals thoroughly then bring you back for a more thorough interview about what brought you in. Depending on that they will determine what you need. Overall it was a quick. smooth and professional experience. I definitely recommend them.

The ease of adding myself to the scheduling list was good. The receptionist was very warm and greeting. The MA was as well. The NP was the same and fast. The wait time was longer but reasonable. The waiting room was a bit grimy. But still overall a great experience.
