Atlas at Cedar Grove Respiratory & Nursing

Got to visit my grandmother the other day for a quick visit, but my first impression was such a good one. All of the staff were friendly and smiling, it smelled so fresh and clean when walking in, and the facilities were modern. My grandmother was so happy there, and that means the world to us. I would definitely consider this location if you are searching for a rehab facility in the area.

After reading older reviews about negative experiences, I felt compelled to write about our recent experience at Atlas at Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Facility in Williamstown in the hopes that we could help someone who is in need of care. My sister had open heart surgery at Cooper Hospital and she needed respiratory therapy following her surgery. She was referred to Atlas at Cedar Grove’s Rehabilitation Facility by Cooper Hospital’s Social Worker because they were the only facility nearby offering “respiratory therapy”. We were hesitant because of the numerous negative reviews that were written online but we decided to give them a try by visiting and taking a tour. We were greeted by Abe, the Administrator. I recently had the opportunity to spend time at Cedar Grove nursing home, where my uncle is receiving physical therapy and rehabilitation. I was impressed by the dedication and compassion of the staff, and I want to express my gratitude for their hard work. While my uncle did require some extra attention upon my arrival, including a change due to incontinence, the staff responded promptly when I alerted them to his needs. The unit manager was understanding and responsive to our concerns, and the maintenance team quickly addressed the issue with the call light. What stood out to me was the staff's professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen. We were lost and called. The FD Receptionist was sooo friendly and helped us navigate our way to the facility. Thanks to her we made it. The nurse or attendant was friendly and accommodating to my friends husband's needs and his wife whom is in the facility. Grateful for the compassion!

I frequently visit Atlas Cedar Grove - at times I am there to visit mutual patients as well as staff. Today I had the opportunity to meet with some of the leadership team. I am always impressed by the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome! Their DON, SW Collika and Admissions Director Stephanie are consistently kind and super helpful. I truly appreciate working with their team as we work together to support their patients and families!
