My mom was transferred to Williamsburg from the hospital to complete her treatment. We wanted a facility close to home so I could visit her every day, and we chose this one. The staff here are amazing. They are always attentive and caring. The admissions lady Mrs. Cooper was very kind and patient with us. She answered all my questions and took the to understand our needs. It gave my family peace of mind knowing we were making the right decision.

I came into Williamsburg facility to visit a family member. Ms. Polk the director of housekeeping is so sweet and professional. Her staff is great! The space is very clean and there are no complaints. It’s an always a pleasure coming in and seeing a smile on the teams face. If there are any concerns Ms Polk or one of her staff are always willing to help fast and efficiently.

On Wednesday, the staff at this Nurse gnome dropped my mother. They did not notify my family until Thursday evening Friday morning. My mom was pronounced dead at Charlton Methodist.
