Southwest Foot and Ankle Center

I had a fantastic experience at this Southwest Foot and Ankle Center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the doctor was wonderful. I appreciated the efficient process; my wait time was just right since I completed my new patient paperwork online. I was initially embarrassed about the possibility of having a fungal infection in my toenail, but the doctor reassured me that it's more common than I thought. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend! .

I had an extremely painful and disappointing experience with this office. During my toenail procedure, they did not wait long enough for the numbing to take effect, and I felt everything as it was happening. Afterward, I developed signs of a serious infection — yellow pus, swelling, heat, and my toenail turning black. When I called for help, I was told they couldn’t see me until the end of the week. I tried to do a walk-in since my symptoms were getting worse, but even though their website said they were open, the office was closed with no sign on the door or any indication of when they’d reopen. When I called the main number, they just told me to try another location in Irving. I’m currently sitting in urgent care being treated for an infection that could have been avoided with proper c

I love Dr. Mobarek! He listens and together, we came to a great treatment plan! I could barely walk, excruciating pain from years of dealing with plantar fasciitis! I did end up having surgery but the pain is almost all gone! Don’t wait and continue to suffer! Come see Dr. Mobarek and his wonderful staff !

Really bad experience here in this place, my daughter had removed nail today and they charged the procedure last week when she came for first time, and they give prescription for antibiotic first and give her appointment for this week to remove the nail, and back today, but when they done they charged again the procedure and I asked why? They said because the procedure was last week and I said no it was today but you charged last week and she insisted, you have to paid today 250.00 and other lady at the front desk went to ask to the doctor and she came and said it's true, she did the process today, and she didn't say sorry, nothing! They changed everything before they do the process and that's no right, I don't recomend this place
