Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I would recommend Breeze Urgent Care at a 10, most likely to recommend, on a scale of 0 to 10. The staff was friendly, kind, professional, and efficient. The medical assistant and NP who attended me took the time for my care and explained things to me. After examining me and some quick routine test, the NP told me that a prescription had been sent to my default pharmacy of choice. Overall, my visit was a great experience. The visit took less than an hour. The clinic seem clean and organized.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!! ZERO STARS GIVEN! November 19, 2025…As soon as I walked in the door (2 feet in) they asked what was wrong. I told them stomach problems with vomiting and diarrhea. She tells me to grab a mask (at the door) and to come to room 1. After nurse runs insurance, takes my payment, does vitals, provider tells me they don't do blood test or stool specimens there. I would have to go to Care Now or through PCP. Called Care Now to find out it would be another $50 copay. I went right back in (never left parking lot) and told them they should have told me they don't test blood or stool specimens there once I INITIALLY walked through the door. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE PROCESSING MY INSURANCE AND TAKING MY MONEY!!! They said they couldn't simply tell me that because only the pr

My husband and I had just returned from the Dominican Republic earlier that day, and while the care we received abroad was sufficient, it did not compare to the outstanding service we experienced once we were home in the U.S. From the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner, every member of the clinic team was exceptional—professional, compassionate, and attentive. We are truly grateful for the phenomenal care we received.

Hands down a great urgent care clinic. I was in and out in under 30-40 minutes. Admission was quick and easy, staff was professional and courageous. The doctor was knowledgeable and thorough, and the clinic was neat and clean. I highly recommend. There were no long lines, tests were done and prescriptions were sent all in that time frame. It’s definitely a great clinic in DeSoto. So glad I didn’t have to go to the ER and wait forever or have to drive somewhere far to get great service. Thank you…

The staff here is awesome! Always attentive and goes the extra mile that exudes quality patient care! My son was battling pneumonia and they were the ones to diagnosis him after 3 other providers including his PCP brushed it off.
