MINT dentistry

My son and I both had morning appointments at the same time that was scheduled 6 months ago. Got there about 20 minutes ahead of time. We waited about 45 minutes and no nothing, but I noticed 3 people came in after us and got called back before us. That didn't sit right with me, so I went to the desk and asked. The rep then stepped out to where we where sitting and said they it was a holiday and they were busy because everyone was off of work today. Not my problem, ma'am. I have NEVER waited that long to be serviced. They finally called my son back, to find out they just had him sitting in the room. They finally called me back after waiting an hour up front. This is the best place in Texas. I just love Mint Dentistry, especially the Desoto location. From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcome. The office is clean, decorated beautifully and the staff are really nice. Not to mention their goodie bags are great! This is definitely the place to be for all of your dental needs.

Wow I brought my Gson's in for a Follow up Appointment. Fillings. The lady at the Front desk is So Professional and Sweet. The staff in the Back are Awesome. Great with Kids.

They made us feel comfortable and were very accommodating throughout the entire visit. The process was quick and easy, which I really appreciated as a busy parent. I really liked my visit at Mint Dentistry today......ROBIN was Amazing ... AWESOME..she is very informative, polite,and made sure i was comfortable being I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST!!!! .. The staff is nice.. and Rae the lady who did my bleeching trays was great also !! I really enjoyed the visits this time and is ok going back in 3months..
