3 star review isn't a bad review. If you must know why it's a 3, it due to slow customers service. For example: it has taken you 5 months to reply to my review. I should change it to a 2 Star Considering how many times you have text me in Aug and September alone saying, "my prescriptions are ready for pickup" screen shots of text attached, and know one in the pharmacy knows who I am. I pick up medication for a family member for the last year and a half. I get my scripts elsewhere. So no, my name isn't in your computer. Should be, so you know what medication is leaving the shelves and with whom. Williams is a small family owned business that makes you feel like family.. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦!! They are always suppper nice and friendly. And they are quick to get your medicines filled... Love this place!

The friendly staff are knowledgeable and professional. Helpfulness is apparently a requirement for employment.

Williams has the the most caring, knowledgable, skilled, professional pharmacists and staff I have EVER been to.
