Forshag's Drugstore

I’ve used Ideal/Forshag’s for over 3 decades. However, after today, they will no longer get my business. The front end staff is rude and treats customers with disrespect. They act like you are bothering them. It takes forever to get someone knowledgeable to answer a phone call. They do not know how to use their own computer system. On numerous occasions, I was not told until after I arrived that my medication was out of stock. Don’t let the small town pharmacy fool you! They are not friendly and polite!

These people are confused and lost. Got mad at a mistake they made. Drove from out of town twice in one day trying to get a prescription saying they had , then didn't have, then had, then didn't have. Finally got it. Just found out our local pharmacy will start carrying the prescription. So glad we will not have to deal with these people. They are very snobbish people.

Me and my family went to get coffee on yesterday, and a dark brunette girl working at the counter like ignored me for over 30 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence. So then I went to leave, and my mom went in and was then ignored for another 7 minutes. I was right at the counter trying to be polite and considerate of someone working, however this one particular girl muttered something nasty under her breathe which from my perspective felt towards me. I don't understand why this girl couldn't have a basic level of "hey I just need a minute" attitude instead she very purposefully ignored people. There was not a long line, it wasn't like she was so terribly busy. So I'm just deeply confused by this behavior and hope it gets fixed. If you're having a bad day, it doesn't mean you get to t

I love these people, everyone is so polite and knowledgeable about their job and helpful as they can be!!

I have found that they're very helpful and very efficient. No one feels like waiting for over an hour to get a prescription filled, like CVS and Walgreens make you do. I was pleasantly surprised that I had my medicine in less than 20 minutes. I definitely reccomend them, and the coffee is a great addition. I'm glad to have such a business in our town.
