I would highly recommend Williams Brothers! We were connected with them for a hospital bed for my dad. They were so kind & professional from the first time we spoke to the delivery of the bed. When our good friend called Williams Brothers in Terre Haute, IN to have her oxygen concentrator checked, luckily Otis was present and came right away. Otis was professional, efficient, and most engaging as he checked the concentrator and tubing. He explained everything well, answered all our questions, and just made the whole process seamless. Such pleasant and helpful staff there. They go above and beyond, Otis took really great care and got me fixed up 2 times, Eva at the front desk, got me all taken care of with the billing, And Judy got me taken care of with orders put in. I highly recommend this company.
