Union has become the only game in terre haute and they don't care. Why is it there isn't anyone to answer a phone. The medical industry has always been allowed to abuse patients time. Come in 15min early so you can sit a extra hour waiting and if anything is said, we'll shame on you. Now I get the pleasure of calling and leaving messages and making myself open to answer the call. I called neurology at 105 and after 20 min of unsuccessful attempts to set a date I ask the young man to call me when he figured it out. No call back by 3 so I call again, and after 15 min a date is finally available. December?? 9 months??? This whole medical group is clueless. No one knows what the other is doing. Its time for me to move on to finding a place that gives me a comfortably compassionate feeling. Rig
