I purchased a pair of glasses November 2025, when I got them I wasn’t sold on them but thought I would give time to get used to them. I purchased the purchase plan along with the glasses , after a few months the glasses were not going to work for me! I can’t see out of them well, and they look absolutely ridiculous on my face! I took them back March 2026 only for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do because it’s out of the 30 day window, they love to tell you about the protection plan because it cost money but decline to inform you anything about the 30 day window. She did offer me 50% off a different pair of frames but why should I have to spend any money considering that I just waisted $400 on glasses I can’t wear! I would never recommend here to anyone!

Hannah was so very helpful. The store had a great selection of safety glasses and they arrived in 4 days. I can't wait for my regular glasses to arrive. Just a quick and easy experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

I went to Lenscrafters to ship a return to Ray Ban. I was met with a friendly customer service representative who helped me get a better deal, with glasses that I liked more, than buying from Ray Ban directly. I would definitely recommend Lenscrafters.

I brought my damaged frames back after 6months, and was fitted with replacement frames without any questions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly even though I was totally at fault. I’ve been coming.to LensCrafter’s for over 30 years and have always been happy with the quality and service I received from the staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

i’ve used 3 different optometrists in Terre haute and will only use this location from now on
