As a very fair skinned individual, I am susceptible to skin cancer and Dr Long has always been the consummate professional in making sure that any moles or areas that look suspicious are removed and sent for testing. I didn't even get to sit down in the waiting room at my recent visit before they called me in to see Dr. Wendy Mitchell, the smartest doctor I know. She diagnosed a very rare condition that I experienced briefly, unrelated to the skin, that 5 other doctors had not been able to diagnose (including the specialists who should have known about it!). Thanks to her, I avoided a much worse, potentially lifelong saga (which is what can happen with this rare syndrome) because of her quick thinking and ability to treat it properly.
