Stunningly bad. Visited in April 2025, it's now Aug and I'm finding out how wrong they were: - Misdiagnosed my tooth pain. I have an infection in the root of 15 which requires a root canal ASAP. They told me I needed to have my NON-ERUPTED wisdom tooth 16 removed and referred me to an oral surgeon who literally laughed. And still got paid. - Said I had NO CAVITIES and did NOT need a cleaning. I hadn't been to a dentist since before the Pandemic. I could feel the divots and plaque on my teeth. Place is dirty, disorganized, loud annoying music... Having said that, the receptionist was polite and pleasant. The dentist I saw seemed tired and worn out. She was polite but wouldn't take the time to answer any questions. I wasted part of my insurance for this year on these people and it's going t

This office is dated back to the 80’s. It is disgusting. The staff is slow and has no positivity. The dental hygienist area is a shrine to her family. It does not feel clean or professional.

Willes Dental was fantastic. They were very welcoming and kind. Didn’t try to up-sell me on any treatments I did not need. The cleaning I got done by Barbara was fantastic and it was so fun seeing all of her archery medals. They were very personable and engaging. This dental office came highly recommended and I certainly know why! I will be going here from here on out.

The dental experience was a great one for me…cured my strong dislike for dentist visits. The whole office was amazing, professional, courteous and friendly. The receptionist was very welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful and make me feel comfortable. The Dentist was kind, gentle and informative. He provided excellent service. Not to forget the back office staff, she was friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. The whole team was outstanding.

I have always had excellent service at Dr. Wilkes Dental. I recently had 2 caps and the whole procedure was quick and painless. They have a great non interest payment plan too. If you need your teeth cleaned be sure and ask for Barbara. She is the best. The whole staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend Willes Dental!
